Attaching reference documents

You can attach important notes or reference documents to a process by dragging a : [] icon onto the drawing area. Click the button on the top-left to upload any docs. Describe the document by using the edit line to the icon’s right:

Users can download the reference docs wherever they see the process diagram, by clicking on the document icons.
